Designers, Manufactures & IIDA Give Back to the community.

Our very first volunteer event giving designers and reps the opportunity to give back to the local community was a great success. We paired with ‘Rebuilding Together’ to participate in ‘National Rebuilding Day’ and helped transform the home and lives of two very deserving women, Maggie & Gertrude Smith. 45+ Volunteers tirelessly worked to transform our homeowners space! We spent a total of 12.5 hours at the home, took 18 trips to Home Depot, hung 12 Rolls of Wallcovering, used 18 gallons of paint, ate almost 11 boxes of pizza, drank 40 cans of pop, 96 bottles of water, were assisted by 4 electricians, 3 plumbers, 2 carpenters, withstood 3 major thunder storms, but it all equaled two very happy, very grateful homeowners and an incredibly successful event!

IIDA will be renovating TWO houses in 2010.
